I for one wish we didn't have the bye week before Bama. I am concerned about Saban having a lot of time to plan and get them ready. It has never bode well for us or anyone else.

Seems like you are more concerned with Alabama's bye week than LSU's.

They would have the bye week anyway? They are not off because we are.

I've said this over and over, but it doesn't sink in apparently. Saban teams tend to come out flat after a layoff. He overprepares, gets bogged down in minutiae or something. This has been true going back to Michigan State.

Saban is not a god, people, and he's not infallible. His team is not ten feet tall. Will it be a tough game? Sure, but it's a winnable game. Very winnable.

As evidenced by their play in national championship games

It happens off enough that it's a trait. My point is Saban is a damn good coach, but he's far from unbeatable. Rantards should get that through their skulls.

Are you that fricking stupid???? \

Us having or not having a bye week has nothing to do with Bama having or not having a bye week. Bama's got a scheduled bye week also and if we did or didn't have a bye week that doesn't affect Bama's bye week.

Yes it has, we beat Bama in 2011 when we had a bye week and Bama didn't have one. Saban was all kind of pissed about it and said so in the press.

We've had a bye the last three years and we are 2-1 with last year (a game we should have won) being the loss and the only time Bama didnt have a bye. Quit being a puss.

First of all you will not see LSU get a bye, and Saban not get a bye as well before this matchup. Saban will not let that happen.

Will Saban have his boys ready, you bet. Why? Because he knows like we all do, that this is the one team has the talent to match them. He knows that if this team were to rise up, come into Tuscaloosa prepared, and play to their potential, he could have trouble winning this game.

He knows LSU will always be his main roadblock each year that can keep him from going where he wants to go. He will always have this date circled.

It is but a mystery, LSU was the best prepared team last year, played better for 58 minutes.

In the NC game LSU was not prepared, one should assume Bama had actually worked at a Game Plan.
LSU sleep walked.

Who knows what will happen this year, Bama will be prepared, LSU has nothing to lose; it should be Fun.

Do you really think LSU having a bye week is the reason Bama has one?

How stupid are you?

Yeah, because closing a 10 consecutive game stretch with Bama would really be ideal.

We gotta rest. You can tell playing several weeks in a row is taking a toll on the team.
