I'm on the fence right now, but I am leaning toward keeping them in my name and selling them. I am to my limit with Les Miles, so I likely won't be interested in going to another game (and wasting my time) until he is gone.
As it is, I can usually only attend 2-3 games a year. Since I don't live in BR it is more difficult to sell the tickets if I cannot attend. With a pathetic home schedule it is to the point that the games are not worth attending.
I will always be a huge LSU fan regardless, I just won't be wasting entire Saturdays to go watch us play UAB and W. Kentucky.

Similarly as well, how about those with RV spots. Who wants to hang out on campus Friday night-Sunday morning for Kent State, Furman, etc? I'd say TD Village I & II didn't get over 75% full even for the Florida game. I'd bet the same will go for A&M and Arkansas as well.

Have them for 12 years and will keep them

RubbaMaka0802- you will not renew them if you base it on this class. Alabama who owns LSU, owns the recruiting class too. Just like Nick owns Les.

We shall see. My gut says your right. If that's the case, then the downward spiral has begun. I'll keep my $2k+ and get back in line when administration shows signs they're willing to start trying to right the ship

I had Season Tickets for Stovall, Archer, and Hallman. No one can bitch about anything. The Fans have had it great and LSU has won a lot of Football Games. I remember when going to the Independence Bowl was wonderful against Michigan State and Notre Dame!! I think LSU will wind up 9-3 for the Regular Season and if you cannot handle that you need to find another school to support!!!

And if we don't?

Its gotta be so much cheaper to pay per game

I'm about 800 points away from better seats. So maybe next year I'll get them.

Every year we don't win the National Championship bout this time people start pissing and moaning bout renewing. Every year LSU sells every single ticket. So I'm calling B.S. more to the point if you don't want your tickets anymore obviously plenty people do. You think Aleva gives a shite who's check he gets, as long as it clears?

I don't live in BR so I can't say much about tickets, but I can tell you for the first time in the last 10 years I will not watch an SEC game with LSU in it.
I might look at a half or so but will not plan my day around the Tam and Arky games.
Les lost me for good and the team quitting against Bama (twice now) has also lost me for the rest of the year.

What did they cost then? TAF fee? How much did we pay those coaches-real money or compared to their peers, your choice? And since you got in ahead of the bandwagoneers, now you have great seats.

Sure we can. We are paying for a service being provided. Paying a lot. We have a coach making over $4M a year, and some of the top paid assistants in the country, and we are headed to the Chicken Bowl again(at best). We just got humiliated in the single night game shown on CBS all season. Large numbers of players seemed to quit. We were subjected to close-ups of the coach that jilted us showing his man-love for his QB, while ours crawled off the field after his OL hung him out to dry.

I can agree with this. The "have had it great" part is not the question. And I've paid a King's ransom to see those games, the question is a forward looking one. Do we have any reasonable expectation that success will continue, and if not, do we pay LSU the money they continue to milk out of us one parking fee at a time.

If I can't get 4 together, I will sell mine. I have had them since the early 93, before kids. Now, we can't sit together. I will keep in my name for the next couple of years to see if things change, but don't plan on going. My TAF number in in the 5500 range and can't get them together. If the trend continues with all the good out of conference games at neutral sites, there is really no need to have season tickets.

way cheaper and no TAF/Tradition fund donations were required.

me either. Sold my TAMU tix and parking pass to a good friend in texas. I will be busy at the ULL softball camp for the girl anyway that weekend.

yep. same here. forgave him after 08 and 09 but 1-9 was unforgivable.

I tend to agree with you. I think most of the peoplw who complain about attendence don't go to games either.
The way people talk here, you'd think that Tulane will outdraw LSU next year.

It was a rhetorical question (ok, sarcasm). I had tickets for a portion of the dark days up until the time work took me out of state. Wish I had been able to keep them instead of starting over when I returned to BR, maybe I wouldn't need an oxygen mask like I do now.

I'm definitely renewing to keep the tix in my name, but looking at the terrible home schedule next year, I'll probably be selling them then picking up tix for the Bama/OM/MSU games.
