What's everyone's gut feeling on this game? I haven't been feeling good about this one for some reason. Make me confident

it's good ol fashioned smash-mouth football. It'll be a dawg-tigah fight as always. Only it's in Athens

Don't sweat it brah, CLM will have our guys ready. Just hope the interior D steps up b/c we started to get gashed by Tre Mason in the 2nd half.

I can't remember the last time LSU's first big SEC game was against a team that you knew had been tested more than LSU to this point.

Normally LSU has had the tougher slate coming in, or, more often, nobody knows anything about either team. That isn't the case this time.

Add a road test, and the Mett-going-home Wild Card, and I can't imagine how anyone is feeling all that confident about this game.

I know. It's perfectly reasonably to be nervous about the game. UGA is really good and could potentially run all over us. Mett needs to be sharp and I think he will. Defense needs to win the turnover battle. I know, groundbreaking stuff right?

LSU had 400+ yards/game in first four games for the first time in our history and is currently ranked 33. UGA's total D is currently 68. LSU's total D is ranked 24 but could improve greatly if they could actually keep focus every series. They will need to against UGA whose O is ranked 6.

LSU more balanced, another 400+ yard game. I think a great opponent brings out the best in the D. Coach Miles, staff and team address the 'letting down' issue.

LSU 38
UGA 31

Ought to be a good game.

It'll be a nail-biting type of game. I'm always a little nervous before a big game, but there's nothing that us as fans can do to effect the outcome of the game. It'll be a tough one and right now, I feel that it's a toss up. However, I think that we have the best coaching staff(as a whole) in the country. I trust that they'll have game plan and they'll have the players ready to execute that game plan. We're gonna find out whether or not this team championship caliber. I'm excited and I'm just going to try and enjoy the moment. And

How much better is Uga than the last time we played them?

Are we better, worse or the same?

Let that sink in for a bit.

I am not nervous. The only team I am nervous about on our schedule is Ole Miss.

If Ole Miss beat UA that'd be something. That 16 point line is way out of whack.

Wasn't our last regular season game against Georgia in Athens also?

The Weather suppose to be great like 79F and lower Humidity and that should help the Defense stay fresher during the game. The Offense needs to dominate Time of Possession and keep the Defense off the Field. I think as the game goes on the Georgia Defense will wilt. It may start out close but as the game goes on I think LSU should get the upper hand.

I feel good about it and the more I watch lowlights of UGA's defense the better I feel.

AU has a better defense than UGA does.

Our offense cannot be stopped by their defense. We are LSU. Our defense will show up and create some magic. Special Teams will too. I'm more confident in this game than I was Auburn. It's our time.
