Anyone know about this jacket?

I bought this jacket on eBay back somewhere around 2009-2010 I think. I don't remember ever seeing it in stores or online. I was just cleaning out my closet and ran across it. Anyone know if these were sold or team issue or what? TIA.

Agreed this is from 2007 year. All team and people working with the team - trainers and equipment managers - were given this by LSU. I don't know if it was also sold in stores.
