I hope so but doubt it.

We'll have nba scouts watching film on all of our games because of Simmons and Blakeney. They will also benefit from constant double teams on Simmons.

I think Martin would more likely stay of the two.

When M & M look like that, no way they stay. Many NBA teams would like to have a guy who loves to rebound and block shots like Mickey, but also can step outside and hit the mid range jumper. They pay 7-9 mil a season for someone like that.

Martin is the quietest 20 point a game shooter I've seen in awhile. Again, though, his soft touch would be most welcome on a team like, say, the Dallas Mavericks or the San Antonio Spurs.

Doubtful, I'd love to get one back. Two is probably too much to ask.

I would say Mickey bc he's undersized. Martin is loaded with talent. Mickey is a bit undersized for the NBA. He's needs to bulk up a lot to be able to stay in the NBA. Both are too soft but talented enough to get drafted. Both will be borderline lottery picks, which is the only way to get guaranteed money.

Depends on if they want a shot at a national championship or not. I realize money talks but IF both stayed in school LSU would be pre-season #1. They are very, very good NOW. It would be like old times again w Rudy Maclin, Ethan Martin, Cookie Man, etc.....

Both will struggle to go in the first round. I think one will come back. Which ever one has the best, honest support system , will be able to make right decision

schwartzy Yea, I agree. IMO Mickey is slightly more advanced than Martin for the NBA game at this point. That being said, I don't see Mickey playing the post in the NBA. He just doesn't seem to have the body or the game for a post player. I could be wrong. He just looks more like a small forward than a power forward. He could use another year to develop his perimeter skills. Same with Martin. But yea, I think if one stays it will be Martin.

Mikey is 6'8" 225. Can't shoot threes at all, can't play in the post in the nba, can't dribble. Those kind of players make the league minimum at best. He's not Shawn Marion, who's the closest athletically to him,and makes good money. He's the same size as Dante Cunningham, and has about the same exact skills.

He's dumb if he goes, at this point. Great college player, not an NBA player yet. A great tournament could help change that, assuming we make it.
