Jennings seams like a team 1st guy all the way. I see him sticking around unless he falls really behind.

Just to be sure, you are aware that Jennings is the starter?

yes, i am aware Jennings is the starter. I wonder once Harris takes the job permanently, will Jennings stay. That was my question.

Personally, I'd rather bitch about how good we could be than just enjoy being good

I fully expect another abysmal offensive performance like the Outback Bowl. This offense is going to be so boring and frustrating until Harris becomes the starter.

Jennings/Harris rotation now begins. Hope it doesn't last long, as we need to have a real starting QB that can be the guy that gets the reps and develops the timing needed to really get the most out of Cam's pro style sets.

Before, I hated the thought of us playing all our cupcake games early, leaving us to face a brutal stretch before a bye or breather. Now, I am so glad we have them early. It's like field testing for the next couple of weeks after Wisconsin. We will see them battle for three weeks before one guy is set in stone. They might even just use the next game (each get a half) and then decide from there, giving the starter the next game for full prep before MSU comes to town.

If it were up to you morons, Manziel would be holding the clipboard in 2012.

29 career passes and you've written him off as a shitty quarterback. Lets hope Brandon Harris doesn't struggle when he plays. You'll be off his bandwagon in a games worth of passes.

And if Harris comes in and plays like 08 Lee with legs? It's the one thing I'm afraid with Harris starting. He has a ridiculous arm, and he is young, meaning he is the type to try to gun the ball in places he shouldn't. Add the fact that he is built like a no. 2 pencil, and all does not bode well. I hope he does light it up whenever he is playing though.

I'll bookmark this thread to eat crow if Jennings suck, or laugh at the people who have completely given up on him prematurely. The worst part is I believe they'll use the excuse about Wisconsin's defense, and more importantly secondary, being weak.

he's stunk it up in the last two times we've seen him play in a game/scrimmage

I hope he does great, but I'm skeptical.

I wonder why you are evening thinking bout this 20 hrs before the 1st game of the season. If you are really worried bout Jennings that much you might need to find a woman to give yourself something to do.
