Yeah, and looking back, that game from him wasn't even that great stat wise.

Jefferson also had crowton as an OC

Some of you have really lost it with your expectations. I am as excited and hopeful as anyone but the idea that there will be some seamless transition to greatness happen here is just silly. Future star or not AJ will have a learning curve. It's the fricking SECw y'all.

I don't see an issue with comparing his skill set with that of other more established QBs. It's a message board. I don't think anyone is seriously saying he's as good as Russell Wilson RIGHTNOW. If they are then you shouldn't take that them seriously. However, they do have comparable size, skill sets, style of play and mental makeup.

The difference is that JJ's stats in that Peach Bowl actually weren't that great, we were just thrilled when we had a QB that didn't throw touchdowns to the other team

I'd rather him be Troy Smith or Tim Tebow than Drew Brees... Brees wasn't nearly as good in college as those guys

And now, based on a 3-minute sample, we believe we have a QB who can run, pass and most importantly, think on his feet and make great split-second decisions. I hope all this is true, I'm just saying some folks are making a lot of assumptions on scant evidence.

I naturally hope Jennings or some one else will step up and tear the field up in the QB position. Stating the obvious, this will be the key to the 2014 season.

Oh well yea there is definitely some overreacting going on
If we would have lost the tone around here would be "Kragthorpe for QB 2014!!!"
