Blake Sims was not a RB converted to QB, he was a QB who played RB for one season so he could get on the field. Thanks Verne and Gary.

I'm fairly certain Verne said he was a RB turned QB. Didn't hear any of that other crap

Nope. Verne said Kiffin had recruited Sims to play QB at TN.

Now if they will only stop referring to Terrance Magee as a converted wide receiver.

According to rivals, he was the 33rd ranked "Athlete" in the country.

Why don't you compare that to our QB stable over the past seven years? Top 10 rated QBs. No dice on the field, though. It must be because none of them were seniors.

Lsu converts QB to wide receivers or cb.

They would have put dak at TE. And then never passed to him.

Another myth. Dak disspelled that one personally. He said he was recruited as a QB.

So now you must be born a QB to be considered a "real" QB. You can't change positions even if you are talented enough to do so. This whole thing is stupid as frick. What difference does it make if he was one thing and then changed to a different position. Some of y'all need to shut the frick up.

2700 pass yards as a junior in high school

2300 pass yards and 28 passing TDs as a senior in high school

Both of these are better than Mett's years.

He had to beat out like 5 other QBs for the spot.

Guy has been at QB the last 3 years, which makes this year his fourth.

Thanks Halo, this was my point exacly. The reference to Sims being converted from RB to QB was being used by the Tards as a backhand slap at our coaches.
