Former Tiger held the 36 hole lead, in second place now. Good year for Tiger golf on tour, Smylie making noise earlier, now Loupe turning it on

Loupe turned it on early and struggled recently. Think he had 4 straight missed cuts coming into this one.

He's gotta learn to pull the trigger.

He's obviously immensely talented but that's just brutal to watch him play. He really needs to work on pulling the trigger.

He's got a slow pre shot routine. He is not a head case.

He was co-captain with me on our HS golf team and was in my wedding. I promise you he's anything but a head case.

Yes, he needs to speed up.

He doesn't play like that in non-tourney settings.

I'm not talking about the pre shot routine, which is slow, he just can't pull the trigger. Sorry head case was probably the wrong way to word it. I hope he wins he can hit it forever, bet that was fun to watch in person. I know he's a great athlete as well.

Which I include in his pre-shot routine.

I'm just telling you I know for a fact the guy is not a head case, he just plays slow right now.

He hasn't always been slow to pull the trigger and I'm sure he'll get quicker.

I remember when he was in contention a year or two ago he was even worse than he is now.

I'm pulling for him; he could be 4 shots better; just hitting edges with the putter.

He had surgery but was apparently cleared to hit wedges recently. Hopefully he'll be back on Tour and 100% healthy soon. Love having the Tigers on Tour. Gives me a more rooting interest in golf.
