Davis' comments reflect who he is--a Bammer grad.

Other than Pollack, this is about the only thing I agree with.

Weve had BOS members popping off to the media. Alleva leaking the story to Rabalais. This created a media firestorm and Alleva left Miles dangling.

Either keep the shite quiet or have the balls to sack up and do it. Gutless wonder Joe hasnt done either.

Thats because of the situation created by Joe Alleva. Im ready for Miles to be gone, but if this is a Sexton ploy and we dont have a back up plan Alleva has tanked the program. And before you go on about the failures of the past two years I agree Im ready for Jimbo. The recruiting issues are on Joe though. Not Les.

FF was looking around before the UF game. Which we won.

Thats one recruit. The rest are looking around due to instability in the program. 3 losses arent good but you can look at the 2009 recruiting class after a worse 2008 season to look at what Les can sell in the face of a down year. Number 2 on rivals number 1 on ESPN.

At the end of the day, all these people care about is ratings which = money. Finebaum said before LSU-Bama game that the gumps winning was better for his show because that drove ratings. Compared to 'bama, LSU does NOT drive ratings. Further, there can really be only one team from each conference in the discussion and, at that, one of so-called Power 5 will be left out of the CFP.

Miles is a nice side bar to what they do to drive their own ratings. He is entertainment and to that extent, they do not want him to leave. It is clear that Miles will provide no competition for Saban, so those truly interested in LSU football have decided to put an end to the current course of futility.

Maybe, just maybe, there are people involved with LSU football who want more than an annual loss to Saban in addition to 2 or more losses in the SEC West. Good for them. I would like to see LSU be on par with the best in the West and win the SEC from time to time.

Miles has had serious problems year in an year out that have never gotten better e.g. QB, offense, in game management etc.

Here's hoping that the 'corndog' munching ptb that is LSU football have gotten out ahead of this and will make the Tiger Nation proud. If the winning comes, then noting need further be said to or about the talking head experts.

Except if they announce Jimbo or chip kelly on Monday none of that shite matters and ESPN will all go back to bashing Miles as an idiot

And F Franks decommitted before the Miles rumors.

Herbiee and ESPN are more concerned with having something goofy and fun to report on about the coach than they are LSU having a winning program.

Pollock actually spoke the truth he said our offense has been horrible for the past several years, Miles has gotten new coordinators and he keeps running things his way. Bama ran off Shula who would have won 8-10 games per year but they wanted better. LSU has a right to demand excellence! I hate how the media acts like only Bama has the right to win championships.

As bad as those ole miss and Tennessee games? Not sure about that one bud.
Jesus Christ, give it a rest.
Ole Miss- LSU was getting it's arse handed to them in that game. Took a late comeback of near-epic proportions to even get close (nobody credits the coach for that, though), and regarding the infamous "clock it" signal, the game was over. There final play was the previous one, as soon as the ball was set the clock ran out. We lost, regardless. If Jefferson gets a quick snap and makes a play... we still lose, that play doesn't count.

Tennessee- we lined up and JJ was looking at the defense getting ready to run a play, maybe it was some sort of QB option based on the defense, who knows. Tennessee had 14 guys on the field, so I'll guess there wasn't many obvious holes to run into .
Tennessee got the penalty, we scored and won. It wasn't an inspired performance, but the team got a conference win while playing an off-game. It's not a bad thing to do- Bama has had a couple of those (Cody blocking multiple FGs), and nobody is trying to erase their win total.

He started looking around because it was obvious that Miles can't develop a QB for shite. That responsibility falls on Miles.

Which is irreversible unless we make a change. Miles would have zero shot recruiting here at this point. We have no choice but to make a change, which you agree with. The point is that Miles can no longer recruit with success here. Herbie is wrong if he says otherwise.
