Am I the only one who thought we played a good game?

Besides the one pitch Guidry threw right down broadway (truly unacceptable in that spot) I thought we played alright. Considering we were pretty much giving them this game by not throwing Holman. Throw in how god awful the umpire was. I mean he was calling pitches at the kids ankles. We take the next two and all of you will be back on board. Book it.

No, considering we threw off and didn't use our best pen arms, I think there were a lot of positives that came out of tonight. We're in a good spot to win the next 2, a great spot to win 1. We just can't get swept.

That was a very good game of baseball.
Sad that we lost, but it was an enjoyable game for sure. There are things to do better. 19K seems high to be happy about. But we certainly didn’t play a bad game of baseball tonight.

It was more than one bad pitch. We walked 11 batters. Guidry walked 2 of the 4 he faced before that 3-run pitch.

Played well enough to win. A mistake or two and terrible umpiring. We had at least 4 on base that were robbed.
