So sick of seeing this. AJ has not lead the team to any win. He's been the reason the wins we've had were so close. LSU has won, but it damn sure aint because of him.

We have been hollering for Harris even with the ugly wins since auburn. Harris still played better at auburn that Jennings has all season. The defense was horrible at auburn and we never had a legitimate shot there.

Jennings is already the worst QB in college football this year. Can't get any worse than that and we consistently trot him out there.

And it's not like Jennings is ready either. He's just not good and has not improved or anything. At least get Harris in there to gain some game experience.

Coaching staff thought he was ready to play in September..

Good point. On the road vs Auburn when our defense was still struggling so you knew we would need to score, the coaches declared him starter a week out.

They either phoned in the AU game(unlikely) or the rhetoric about BH being totally unprepared to even get another look is just pure hokum.

Harris is faster a better passer and can read a defense Jennings does nothing close.

Didn't he go 3/14 at auburn with 2 of those completions being screens? Or are you talking about his reading skills when he lit up the ms vaunted secondary with jump balls.

Yeah they forgot we won the all our games with AJ at qb. Like I said half of you don't know any thing about football but what yall see on tv. Why play a freshman qb who is not ready obviously and take a chance at hurting his confidence. For those who know football would understand. This season is over so let them battle in the offseason and pick the best man. Right now Harris doesn't put us in no better position to win than AJ does with the offense we running. We a run first team so if the run is a bust we can't throw the ball.

The only ones who believe he isn't ready don't know football. Does he know the entire offense? Probably not

Does LSU pay a staff well enough that they should be able to get the more talented guy prepared to succeed? Yep

People want Harris because he is the future. What's the point of bumbling through this season with Jennings only to be in the same scenario next year w
If Jennings is the starter next year, then we will see a repeat of this season- losing a lot of games. Harris is the heir apparent, so give him a shot. However, if he is that bad that he truly cannot beat out Jennings, then we are screwed.

It's not just wanting Harris. It is wanting some semblance of an effort to find a way to move the football. Our defense has played good enough to win the last three games and we are 1-2 in these games with a loss to Arkansas, who hasn't won since 2012 in the conference. We have not made any attempt to try something, anything, different. We stubbornly run into 9 man fronts and our HC says "it would have been a different game if our offense would have started fast". Are you kidding me, try something new like slipping a TE into the flat, you saw your opponent do it all night. Nope we just keep slamming into a 9 man front.

Yes Harris did have success this year throwing the ball, Jennings has regressed.

Never played a down of football in my life. Still feel fairly confident that I could have put together zero scoring drives against Arkansas just as well as Jennings can though.

He's not a good QB..and playing Harris now is better for the longterm. Irrelevant because Harris has followed 15 head coaches on Twitter as of last night (for those that don't know, you have to follow someone to message them), and I'm expecting him to leave this clown show

If true, this would be about fairness and not about the offense itself. Again, Jennings was allowed to play poorly against MSU and NMSU (both games at home) with the reward being starting for the rest of the season. Harris was started on the road against (then top 3) Auburn and was barely ever heard from again.

When QB play is so bad the best you could do for the team is go to a 2 QB system. The coaches have blown the opportunity to get Harris meaningful snaps even if Jennings played the majority of the games.

How can you have a program that is about "winning championships" when you won't even try to improve and balance out the production out of the most important offensive position? I don't want to see this to make me happy. I want to see this for the team to succeed. I want to see this because it is elementary to what any successful college coach would have done.

I sure hope the coaches haven't blown this, because the players will pay the price. As far as Jennings, they just put that much more pressure on him to get markedly improved like yesterday.
