This game tonight needs to be properly recorded in the annals of LSU football as the biggest low point ever. 39:scholarship players tonight not caused by NCAA sanctions just pure unadulterated mismanagement across the board. No amount of sugar coating should attempt to be applied to the abomination that is occurring tonight. If this isnt the bottom, lord help us.

I view it as 31 Tigers along with coaches that are committed to LSU playing their best to win a football game. I'll support them no matter what.

i still vividly remember a time when just being IN a bowl game seemed like a pipe dream.

so while this is low, it’s not the bottom.
the bottom sucks even worse.

Damn, some of y'all are really jumping off the ledge.

I'm hyped for the 30 something players who want to play tonight, and see what they can do.

Not watching is not an option for me. Everyone should watch honestly to understand the current state of affairs.

I figured the low point was 1992

I view 2020 Bama as our bottom. The only LSU football game I have ever purposefully not watched.

Your definition is odd... scholarship vs getting man handled every game

1999 was pretty bad, considering the talent we had. I think that was as low as I have felt as a fan.

You realize that a low tier team for LSU is still above average on the national scale right?

This is dumb. How about the years we did not even go?

You are right. I’m thinking from an administrative point of view I suppose. LSU football is a multi million revenue generating business, and tonight is probably the most mismanaged group of players and coaches that may ever take the field.

Was the 1999 team really that talented? 1998 started in the top 10 and finished 4-7 then Faulk, Tyler, Booger we all gone after that season

Low point in my lifetime has been the Curly Hallman years. This is not as bad. Definitely the low point since then though.

All time high in my book.

Seriously looking forward to this game more than most bowl games ever.

I’m fired up for these kids.

1992 was a billion times lower, anyone that thinks a depleted roster for a minor bowl under the current circumstances with the portal, players opting out of even big bowls, a coaching change has no sense of perspective
