I think 11 out of 14 teams would take Vadal
I don't see a team who wouldn't replace their top two receivers with Dupre and Dural.
Clapp and Boutte may not be top TIER on name recognition, but they will be.

An argument could be made that White is our best corner since PP7.
Adams is probably our best safety since Landry.
I think Dwayne Thomas brings some of that honey badger-esque ball hawking, disruptive force to our secondary that we've been missing recently.
Him and Toliver will have several turnovers this year.
The linebacker corps, although not deep, is one of the most talented in the SEC.
The D-Line is a relative unknown, but it won't be worse than last year.

Please post less and maybe "support" LSU less. Read the posts on here. Most people are tempering their expectations. It's the talking heads projecting us to make it. And we don't have a young defense. We have experienced players all over the field except for D end....

If you think Beckwith is not top tier you have either lost your mind or you don't have top tier football knowledge.

This for crying out loud. Did you fail to notice that our QB play was at best, a complete goat fuq. That had a lot to do with the offensive woes, and Beckwith for Welter began to shore up the D.
We underachieved, but this is not the same team as last year. If you don't think this team at least has a chance to get to the playoffs, don't watch them and turn in your fan card.
