People need to relax a little. He's doing some amazing hitting but let's let it play out. I hope he doesn't hit a wall but it's probable. He's seeing the ball really well right now. It's hard to think we will have three years of this consistently. That's fricking scary if so

Phillip Logano was a 4-star running back out of Tennessee that enrolled originally at Memphis. It was rumored he would transfer to LSU, but now it looks like Texas A&M is the front runner.

When was the last time we had someone hitting better. Probably never! Let me check. Oh wait someone last year name Rape Rimes or something like that. So he is the best at LSU since last year.

Yeah he is a keeper! Just messing around.

Isn't the kid a true freshman? Who has had time to decide that he isn't worth believing in?

I think when it is said and done he will be seen as the best hitter to come through LSU, and we have seen plenty of great hitters over the years.

Does longevity play a role in your opinion? Kinda like Tiger Woods in some peoples mind is the greatest golfer ever even though Jack Nicklaus has won more majors and played with
"dated inferior" equiqment compared to the state of the art crazy clubs that these cats on the PGA tour have now. I'm not saying Bragman wont be the best hitter ever at LSU because that can always be argued as subjective to each persons perception of that hitter. Longevity and playing with consistency night in and night out also play a role in mosts opinion. We shall see. He better be clutch too if he wants to be THE best... To be "THE BEST HITTER" to ever put on the purple and gold? At the most prolific baseball school of the last 20 years? Big shoes.

Bregman would have hit third for the 1927 Yankees.

More like a light skinned Tony Gwynn.

Bregman is exactly like Roger Maris, except that he hits right instead of left, doesn't play first base, hits far fewer home runs and has a way higher batting average. And wears a different number.

But imagine how many he would hit if he could use the bats they used in 2000...

Hard to compare players pre and post bat changes. Guys like Walker and Furniss, if they were using these bats for a few years, may have hit just as well

With old bats, Raph would bat .600 and challenge Larson's HR record.
