I would love for Jarvis to come back, but my fear is that he will receive a first round evaluation this year.

I think he has represented LSU well and worked his arse off, he deserves all the success the NFL will bring him this year.
I don't think he can improve his stock from playing another year, he is already great at what he will be great at, and can't improve on things like speed. The combine is the place he needs to go to improve his stock imo.

this. I think his 40 time is going to be better than many expect. Looked like he had a good burst of speed to me. He is not slow at all but he is short. Hoping he measures at least 5'11" and runs under 4.53

Mainly because of the number of receivers coming out this year who are rated above him. That's my figuring.
