Rec Yards Avg. TD
Calvin Ridley 44 497 11.3 5
ArDarius Stewart 28 472 16.9 4
O.J. Howard 22 278 12.6 2

Alabama only has three players with more than 8 catches on the season: Ridley, Stewart, and Howard.

They also only have three players with more than 1 receiving touchdown on the season: Ridley, Stewart, and Howard.

Sounds like if we can blanket one of these three receiving threats we can handle their offense and pull out a win.

Adams. He effectively shut down Engram last week.

Watch the kid from Bowling Green. He chewed up Tennessee last year.

Adams and White or Thomas can take turns. LSU is DBU. Should be no problem to cover these guys. As good as these 3 Bama receivers are they would have trouble cracking LSU's receiving corps.

You're saying that Calvin Ridley wouldn't be starting at LSU? That's just dumb.

Yeah we don't like Alabama, but give credit where credit is due. He's a good player.

Single coverage and make Hurts throw it. He'll beat you a couple of times, but he's not winning this shite with his arm.

As usual you idiots get something arse backwards. I said Calvin Ridley would have had a hard time cracking LSU's receiving corps to start which is true. Starting jobs are hard fought for there all the time and you clowns know it. It's so hard it forces some receivers to transfer elsewhere. Calvin Ridley is a good lil sophomore receiver for Bama, but he should be glad he's at Alabama. is he as fast as Chark?? NO! Is he as fast as Dural?? NO! Does he have the physical make up of Dupre that gives DB's match up problems?? NO!

What he does at Bama is good for what they use him for, but he isn't as talented as some of LSU's receivers, and that's the truth. If some of y'all don't believe it you are fricking retarded! Some of y'all like you make Ridley sound as if he's Amari Cooper and that's retarded, he's not. One LSU DB can shut Ridley down and that will be White.

So you're saying that all we have to do is shut down their top 3 recievers and we can win?

You're wrong. He's more talented than Chark and Dural. He's a different type of receiver than Dupre for sure, but he is much more consistent in his role than Dupre is in his.

No, you're wrong and anyone that agrees with you is. It's typical of some of you to sell LSU receivers and talent short, but Ridley ins't as talented as Chark or Dural. He is nowhere as fast as Chark or as elusive and Dural is about as good Chark although I think Chark is a tad better. The pros will prove it as usual. Ridley has been thrown to a lot more in Alabama's offense, but it's not Chark's or Dural's fault that they were playing in an antiquated offense where the ball was hardly being thrown to WR's. Hell, Chark wasn't even playing at all.

People on here short changed Odell's talent coming out of LSU by saying he wasn't as good as Tavon Austin or DeSean Jackson and that was a big joke also.

Hopefully Aranda is ready for that making a tackle an eligible receiver trick Bama used fora huge play two years ago. The Patriots took note and used the same play in the playoffs a month later against the Ravens. Chavis didn't know what to freakin do.

They don't need a LB'er on Howard. Adams should cover him or even White when Alabam isn't in a 3 WR set.

I was suggesting that more because I think we need Adams (or whoever is at nickel) on Hurts and that Riley is more than capable of covering Howard.
