Negatigers don't say shite about Fournette

Yep. During his freshman year I vividly remember the posts that Fournette isn't even as good as Jeremy Hill. I also remember the Jennings will start over Harris because Jennings is Miles' pet. Now those same posters have turned on Harris saying he will never develop or be be cut loose. They were also the same ones who said Mettenberger's would amount to nothing after 2012 but who are quick to say 2013 was an exception BECAUSE of Mett.

Harris success depends on opening things up. Hes not a prototypical pocket passers who goes through all of his progressions every time. Hes an athlete and needs to be let loose.

You have no clue what the frick you are talking about

Harris was pretty efficient Untill bama when he got hurt. Sure he would have struggled regardless but it's because we were loaded with youth and inexperience. Most coaches who win 9-10 with a ton of 1-2nd year players and a young first year starting qb would say it was a pretty good season. This year this team will be ready for November

As he goes into his 3rd full year, this is the time most pro style college QBs make their biggest leap. Harris is at that threshold where he will make a tremendous leap from what he has shown in previous seasons. Young fans are about to be shocked at leap Harris is going to make this season.

I agree. however, most LSU fans expect PERFECTION in their QB's and Head Coaches. fact.

I don't think he will be dramatically better. But I don't get those who say he wasn't close to being good last year. He showed signs of brilliance. But for his injury, I think he hits the 60% mark and cuts down on a few picks. Remind me, didn't he not throw a pick prior to Bama? He will be a very good QB this year and that is all we need.

Yep. He was close. If he plays like he did in the Florida game against an excellent defense, I would never ask for more.

Les did OPEN IT UP late LAST YEAR. And we were greeted with the FACT that LSU sucked at passing last year and were better off running a one sided offense. If you don't have a quarterback maybe you shouldn't be throwing the ball.

Yes he did in some games but it was throw it deep only. I was home for 2 weeks and caught the Eastern Mich game and it seemed all he did was throw 5-7 bombs all which missed. He needs to go to the TE down the middle seam, 10-20 yard outs, wheel routes to either Guice/LF or even Williams (Who will follow him down the sidelines?) or the WR 30 yards downfield between the LB and Safeties

Not really. Did you actually listen?

I don't recall in previous years anyone saying Harris has made strides in the touch game.. which is where he does need improvements.

Yes, he was. Especially for a true sophomore first year starting.. he also had a great first half vs Florida, before LSU got conservative.
