Should I get a hotel in Arlington or Dallas? Where will the LSU fans be partying before and after the game? What's some good bars?

Partying is definitely better in Dallas. Go to Deep Ellum and Upper Greenville. Ellum is better. BTW, Deep Ellum is a party district not a bar.

Good advice 7 years ago. Deep Ellum is trying to resurrect itself. Greenville ain't much better.

If you are talking about Friday night, do not spend it in Arlington. Dallas or Fort Worth are your options. Either one will be great.

I wish someone from Dallas would do the in depth Geography report about bars and what not like they do for some away games.

Dallas for sure if you want to party... Do not go to deep Ellum or greenville...'ellum is dead and Greenville is ghetto... Go to uptown or Knox Henderson

Most people are going to want to go to Uptown (Mckinney ave). The Loon seems to be a favored bar amongst LSU people. Other good bars are Idle Rich and Black Friars across the street from idle rich.

I booked a hotel for sat night in Arlington this afternoon. I paid through the nose for it but it's 2 miles from the stadium

It's 2 days before the game and you want a hotel in Arlington. Good luck with that. If you get one prepare to shell out the $$$.

Arlington sucks. Dallas Tiger's advice is spot on regarding Dallas hangouts. I'm partial to the Gingerman, myself.
