i like em both too, though Verne is getting a little old. He constantly makes mistakes

I will say that Danielson fricked up the 2 15yard penalty enforcement. Anyone watching it knew he was wrong and LSU isn't getting 30 yards in penalties.
That said, dude knows his football and of course he going to hype up the players.
For any LSU fan complaining about him talking about JFF, did you hear how many times he talked up Mett and only someone special can make some of those throws.
Again, Verne just sucks. Terrible, lost, chuckles, dumbfrick.

i used to like Gary, but the last few years he has become a Bamer homer or scared to say anything negative about Bama. Its like the last time he said anything negative about Bama, their fan base must have threaten his wife & kids.
Verne has been terrible for years. Lately, he gets so excited when the opponent makes a big plan or anything against LSU. I wish i could mute the SOBs & listen to the radio while watching it on TV

The main thing that irks me about Verne is that he really is showing his bias more often in broadcasts, and LSU clearly isn't one of his favorite teams.
Now, I'm really not the kind of viewer who sits around and complains about the announcers all day, but this is starting to affect my enjoyment of the game.
Listen to Verne's reaction when LSU scores or makes a big play versus when their opponent does. It's ridiculous.

More than once, I've heard Verne let a "YES!" slip out when a big play goes against LSU, and never the other way around. Makes you feel like you're watching the game from a bar in College Station.

I don't think Danielson could have sucked Manziel's dick harder today if he tried. It really was ridiculous. I used to respect him because he called a fair and unbiased game. Not so much anymore. Verne is just a dumb old fat frick that needs to give it up. I don't like him and he doesn't like LSU - so frick him.

Verne and Gary are both unbelievably horrible. They are both biased. If you're not Bama, Georgia, or South Carolina, then you don't deserve to play football in the field as these fine institutions.

I strongly disagree. Worst announcers on any station. Also those spineless fricks root against the tigers every game.
