Actually only 5 years since 2020 was a lost season.

His teams didn't have LSU's gift of automatically being chosen to host a regional each year,

I missed the part of this season, the 2018 season, the 2011 season, the 2010 season, and the 2007 season where we were gifted a host site.

LSU hosts in years they earn it. And get sent to the west coast in years they don’t.

Get outta here with that bilge

This has a whole Tom Herman/Ed Orgeron feel. Fans really have no clue sometimes.

Had we hired Vitello I’d agree.

Yes Johnson was 5th on my list after Corbin, O’Connor, McDonnell, and Godwin but there’s a realistic chance he could succeed here.

Not sure how this is funny. A severely debilitated CPM (not meant as a insult; referring to his health issues) was two wins away the last two full seasons.

Like to see your definition.

LSU fans want someone that is 25 years old that has been a head coach for 20 years and won at least 10 national championship and made it to Omaha every other year and also be an a hole while also being the nicest guy in the world.

Super realistic type stuff you know that.

Exactly and he can pull better recruits at LSU. I think he will be fine!!

TCU isn't Vanderbilt. It doesn't have that Vandy scholarship situation.

I stopped here. Have you lost your mind? TCU IS EXACTLY LIKE VANDY. The only reason Schloss stayed as long as he did was because of that. Now with the NCAA changing the rules for lesser sports and allowing scholarship combinations and grants, he decides to leave. Why? He lost his recruiting/signing advantage.

TCU is a VERY WEALTHY PRIVATE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL. If I was looking at colleges today and a single young man, it would be high on my list. It is well known for its trust fund debutants.
