The Tigers have a remarkable 95 wins during the nine-season Miles Era, the most in the SEC and the second-most in the nation during that time span. (Alleva Letter)

Did you ever in your wildest dreams think that we would be the winningest team in the SEC (and basically the country for that matter) over the next decade when we first hired Miles? I certainly did not.

LSU at #2 in the country is a tremendous, historic decade-long run of success for our program. #1 Boise St. doesn't really count anyway due to their much-weaker schedule played.

Yeah, that would be the ones who don't like finishing second.
Or third.

No its not just rantards you will never hear ESPN or CBS throwing out this Stat.

While LSU does have the respect of most, it's still not on the level of Notre Dame, Alabama, Ohio state, USC (although their fall has made it tough, but one good season is all it'll take).

Nope. In fact, I questioned the hire, because I doubted Miles was up to the task of leading LSU.

Under him, LSU is now a consistent winner. Hell, in our 'bad' years under him, we still won 8 games.

I am so glad I was wrong about him.

Anyone could win with the talent at LSU, it's recruits itself.

All seriousness, Miles has been a great coach and the numbers don't lie.
I get the feeling that he is on to something this year. He seems to be walking around with a bit of an attitude. He verbally bitch slapped AJ on TV, trolling Pawl at his book signing. Miles knows something we don't and I think he's having a hard time holding the excitement in.

Don't act like Boise would be anything without coaching. They're working with the same crediting classes conference prestige and schedules as the rest of that league.

You mention USC's fall, but not Notre Dame's?

Miles gives 0 fricks this year as his Tigers steamroll to a 15-0 Natty.
