Mississippi State has allowed 715 rushing yards on 183 carries for 3.91 yards per carry. Removing LF's 159 yards on 28 carries, we find that against normal humans MSU has allowed 556 yards on 155 carries for 3.58 ypc.

Auburn has allowed 866 rushing yards on 163 carries for 5.31 ypc. Removing LF's 228 yards on 19 carries, we find that against normal humans Auburn has allowed 638 yards on 144 carries for 4.43 ypc.

Syracuse has allowed 408 yards on 134 carries for 3.04 ypc. Removing LF's 244 yards on 26 carries, we find that syracuse has allwed 164 yards on 108 carries for 1.52 ypc.

This means that if a normal human had 28 carries against MSU at 3.58 ypc, 19 carries against Auburn at 4.43 ypc, and 26 carries against Syracuse at 1.52 ypc, he would have gained 224 yards at 3.07 ypc.

Fournette's 8.64 ypc against this competition means he's getting 2.8178 times the yardage on each carry (staggering)

As Eastern Michigan is allowing 6.73 ypc against normal humans, we can expect that LF will average 2.8 times as much, which is a mind-boggling 18.96 yards per carry. If Miles gives LF 15 carries he should end the day with roughly 284 yards.

You're awful brave posting all that math on here. You better hope it's right because if you are a tenth off anywhere, the rant will bust your balls for eternity...

I will have to take your word for it, I suck at math.

But that's impressive!

Extrapolations don't always work. Afterall, maybe Fournette had three exceptional games. So, I don't care if anyone wants to bust my balls. ...But the extreme nature of the numbers is just ridiculous.

I agree. I think it's time to work on the passing game, and get the other running backs some work too.

Here's a little Leonard Fournettes analysis - he is a big guy, big legs, big beard, big dick. Can't be tackled.

When Fournette got hit in the balls against Syracuse he wasn't in pain. He just felt bad for breaking the other guy's hand and took himself out for a few plays out of respect.
