From my understanding the NCAA basically put a gag order on him about the Lyles stuff, and he talked about it to Loston. One more instance of the NCAA being the most ridiculous organization in the history of the universe.

If Shep is going to be penalized for talking, then that's a wrap. His career is over! I love the kid but he has the gift for gab! 
I would have talked to my cousin too! By the way, are they going to penalize him for helping recruit his cousin to Baton Rouge? Some of these rules are total nonsense.
