All I know is I’m going to be really disappointed if we aren’t 5-0 playing against Tennessee at home. Auburn picked to finish last in the division and there’s no excuse to lose any other of the first 5 games.

Will be a beautiful October day for Gameday to be in town.

It's not out of the cards that Ole Miss is undefeated going into that game either. Could be a good one!

Wow I guess so. You have 4 pretty arse OOC games, then UK at home, Vandy on the road and Auburn at home. Auburn picked to finish last in the division like I had just mentioned so realistically could be a undefeated top 10 matchup in Death Valley. I’ll be rooting for it

I mean it is Ole Miss so you should never, ever assume anything but schedule sets up very favorably early. Kentucky will be no cakewalk by any means. But yes... both could very much be undefeated.

Great because I plan on attending the Magnolia Bowl this season. Fingers crossed it ends up being a top 15 showdown in TS.

I always have the most fun at these games. More than any other series. Tons of Rebs fans travel. It’s very regionalized. Lot of mingling. Very fun.

We don't have a clue how the transfers are going to play.
The only concern can be their talent level. Can they play in the SEC.
How they play is another matter. New Staff means the entire roster might as well be transfers because the Systems are new to everybody.

Brian Kelly has yet to show that he can consistently win big time games, but he has absolutely dominated against teams with less talent than his.

Here are Notre Dame's losses to unranked teams over the last 5 years:
2017 - 0
2018 - 0
2019 - 0
2020 - 0
2021 - 0

LSU has 10 losses to unranked teams over that same stretch.

Disagree.
The timing couldn't be better. Both are shite shows right now and we have more talent and better depth than either one.
All 3 have new (somewhat at Auburn) Coaches. Which of the 3 Coaches would you pick given your druthers?
Naw, this has to be the year we beat em' both on the road.

Hopefully this thread isn't anchored. But I remember having this argument with you and I was wrong and you were right

Props to you my man. You called it
