That number will only grow by the weekend.

Thanks, Alleva, for the awesome 100k+ stadium. Our season tickets are now worth a fraction of what we pay for them.

And the price of the tickets and required donation will increase again next year.

If you are going to the game why does it matter how much your ticket is worth?

I don't see why they would. You can buy them much cheaper on gameday.

Can't make the game this week. At this point I'm hoping I'll actually find somebody I can give them to.

This would have been a free ticket type game either way

Lsu already sold the tickets. You think they give a frick if a whole 66 people decide to sell their tickets to someone else

My point obviously escapes you. Yes, you are correct. People sell tickets. But nobody is buying. There are too many tickets on the market, in part because the market has been flooded. (Except for 1-2 games per year max, and this year it may just be one game.)

And no, LSU doesn't care if the secondary market has been eviscerated, nor should they. It's also clear that they don't care about empty seats.

1) It's Kentucky.

You're the one paying it. Sounds like a personal problem.

If you use them they are worth what you paid for them.

The market has been flooded long before the new expansion opened. As a season ticket holder myself, I no longer look at the money I spend as being equal to the worth of the tickets. I just rationalize it has money to hopefully help fund a successful program. There's no doubt it's much cheaper to buy tickets game by game, even factoring in the occasional "game of the century" against Bama or whomever.

Quite sure Alleva still gives you the option of not buying season tickets.

Well... where is the tipping point? At what price point do people start saying "F it" and enjoying the season from their couches?

So LSU should reduce the size of the stadium for fans like you who would like to make a few bucks on their tickets.

so you think b/c they stadium expanded this year, your ticket for Kentucky is worth less than it would have been last year?

Do you think maybe the fact that it's Kentucky for one, and b, we don't have much to play for on top of the fact that we don't look that good has something to do with it? or may all of it?

Not yet?

You're the one on here bitching about the secondary market for tickets so not sure why you're worried about it. If you can't afford it, don't buy them in the first place.
