We overachieved this year.

We underrecruited.

I don't really agree that we "underachieved" in 2012.

This year was definitely a step in the right direction after 2010 and 2011. Sour ending, but overall a very good season (not great, but very good).

We overachieved this year and were slumping going into the super. This board is going to be insufferable for the next week. All the bandwagon fans are now pissed.

Maybe you could help the "M&M boys" coach baseball and they could help you out with your grammar.

How do you guys figure they overachieved? This was a preseason top 10 team.

1) underachieving is one word, not two
2) baseball is one word, not two
3) easy is not spelled "eazy"
4) periods go at the end of each sentence
5) there, not "their"
6) GTFO

we had alot of questions marks after the poor season last year. Most thought we were slightly above a .500 club in conference, and were hoping to host a regional and expecting to go OOS for a super.

This.

I do think this weekend should serve as an eye opener to a lot of people in this program though.

The program is underachieving in that it could and should be producing better teams than it is. This team overachieved in that it performed better than its talent level should have allowed it to.

Bottom line is, there is no reason why a program the like of LSU should ever be out-talented by Stony Brook. Because we were, the program is underachieving.
