A lot people chalking Auburn up as a win. They always play LSU well and have a good defense. Think that’s a guaranteed loss and a bad loss for BK to first year Auburn coach Freeze.

We aren’t scorning 49+ on Bama or aTm.

At some point the offense will have an average game and the defense won’t be able to keep it close.

That said, still think we somehow manage to eke out a 9-3 record.

LSU still has all the best defenses in the SEC on their schedule. LSU isn’t scoring 49+ on any of them. Maybe Army or Georgia State.

Missouri W
Auburn L
Army W
Alabama L
Florida L
Georgia St W
A&M L

6-6

7-5 is my best guess. Bowl game will be irrelevant and Kelly won’t be able to explain away losing to both OM and atm in the same year. But he’ll still talk about graduating champions, focusing on the details, and making small incremental changes towards a better team and program

Anything over 6–6 is purely delusional

Are the people saying 9-10 wins trolling? Didn’t they watch the game last night?

We will finish 8-4 or 9-3.

It’s just as delusional to think otherwise.

The offense will keep us in and win most games. But the defense will cost us 1 or 2 more.

As bad as it is right now, I can’t see anything worse than 8-4

Auburn has all the intangibles in their favor. Bye-week advantage no one is talking about this, but historically LSU football has always responded poorly in games where one team has a bye week before playing LSU, while the Tigers play the same week, Miami 1988, Arkansas 1993, Ole Miss 1997, Tennessee last year... just 4 examples of the top of my head, out of at least a dozen such losses.

Also Auburn has played well defensively all year. They had Georgia under wraps yesterday for 3+ quarters. And I think Auburn starts Richie Ashburn, not Peyton Thorne.

LSU has a LOOOONG night ahead on Oct. 14th. But after they lose to Mizzou this weekend, will anyone really care?

LSU will blow someone out in a bowl game to get 7 wins. The defense will finally play well.
