2017 LSU Men's Lacrosse Club Season Thread Tigers vs. Texas & Ole Miss next

Our Fightin' Tigers of LSU get the 2017 season underway on Saturday February 4th @ 1pm vs. the visiting ULL Ragin Cajuns (2016 MCLA LSA Div 2 Conference Champions) at the LSU UREC Fields.
The Tigers are looking to improve off of last season's 8-7 run with yet another loss coming by way of the Texas State Bobcats, yet again in the LSA Conference Tournament. To date, the Tigers have not topped the boys from San Marcos.
Head Coach Jeff Echols went on the Third Coast Lacrosse Podio Show this week to preview tomorrow's game as well as the entire 2017 games season:

The 1-0 LSU Fightin' Tigers play host to the visiting Florida Gators tonight at 7pm over at Olympia Stadium for an out of conference showdown weekend that also includes Bama on Sunday.

My son is the starting Faceoff guy... super proud of him... Lacrosse is definitely fun to watch, I hope to see more of you out at the game.

LSU beat Alabama 11-8... It was a great game! The Seniors have beaten Alabama every year... And if you have never actually seen a Lacrosse game.. It is definitely fun! Lots of action and some hitting as well!
