2015 QB Carousel: Trevor Knight, Will Grier, Kyler Murray, Kyle Allen

Brandon Harris?
Since we were led to believe that Miles & Co. were looking hard at getting a transfer QB in last year in Everett Golston and Braxton Miller, is there a chance that Cameron goes out to recruit one of these guys?
We actually have sufficient depth at the position this year for the first time I can remember:
Brandon Harris, JR
Anthony Jennings, SR
Danny Etling, JR
Justin McMillan, SO
But I think adding one of these guys would instantly challenge for the starting job and if not claim it, then certainly push Brandon to be the best QB he could be. Obviously Grier would be the gem of this group, but his history makes me question whether we would go after him.
2016 is poised to be a special year and if Brandon isn't ready to get it done, we need to bring in someone who can before the window closes.

Murray, Allen and Grier are not allowed to transfer to another SEC school.

How many of those guys are graduating, making them eligible to play this year? Grier is out for a year and a half from the reports. The SEC guys aren't gonna be able to play for LSU for at least 2 years. And didn't McMillan redshirt this year? So he'd be a RS FR, not a SO.

Agreed. Not sure why so many people hate on us. He's proven to have major issues - least of which are mechanics.
So which begs the question - do you guys really believe that BH is the savior? Cameron isn't throwing the 5-7 yard passes that are behind our receivers yet he gets the blame? GTFO

Knight is the only one that would be eligible to play next year. And as said by others, there's no way the other three are allowed to transfer to an SEC school.

None of those guys will commit career suicide by coming here.
As much as I rag on JJ wasn't he 4 or 5 star recruit out of Destrahan? He lit it up while he was there. Maybe it wasn't truly his fault he wasn't great here.

Same was said last year with Jennings. There are no certainties. We also need a quality backup so all possibilities should be looked at
