I didn't see him take a single snap from under center in that entire video. He's definitely electric in that offense, though.

Might never play QB again... Runs a lot and is injury prone. And we don't have Urban Meyer as our coach and running our offense.

Oh, this thread again. Empty hype followed by frustration and disappointment year after year. That's the LSU football way!

The offensive Coordinator for Ohio State won the broyles award this year.. Beat out Lane Kiffin (bama) and Doug Meachem (TCU) so play calling in Ohio State is off the chart. not so sure the same player would be seen the same way under LSU's system

meh, his handoff form is shotty at best. He'll definitely have to bring this up to the next level if he wants to start here at LSU. His passes were also way to on target... our WR's will be shocked and drop most of them.

I wonder why everybody wants Miller and hates Golson just because he turned the ball over a lot. With the defensive starters and their backups dropping like flies, and Kelly's refusal to run the ball more, he was tasked with doing everything to win games. It was his first season after a year off as well so I think he'd be much improved. He can get over the turnover problem, as we won't ask him to do that much. I think it was more mental than anything TBH.

He has a cannon arm and I'm sure he can play from under center.

His stats from high school were

4 years
770/1236 (62.3%) 11634 yards (9.4 ypa) 151 TDs (25 as a senior in 19 quarters) 26 ints (only 2 as a senior)

2 football state titles, 1 basketball title

His production at ND in two separate years

443/745 (59.4%) 5850 yards (7.85 ypa) 41 TDs 20 ints
208 car 581 yards (2.79 ypc) 14 TDs

I say we bring in the passer with no injury history, who will be able to throw as early as May. Passing is our problem, not rushing.

However, if Miller is our only option, then I would gladly take him. He's a better passer than Jennings, more experienced than Harris, and is a dynamic playmaker.

1. I doubt Braxton will actually transfer when it's all said and done. Urban will convince him to stay.

2. Golson is a much better fit for LSU.

3. if you think Miles will let him do what he does at Ohio State.

At the end of day Miles is still in command, sorry fellas. It's still exciting though.

The few times Jennings looked good this year was when he was scrambling. Dynamic playmakers have the ability to take off on any given play. With the talent at receiver and RB, he would fit in nicely and be able to make plays with his legs when needed. It would open up the entire offense and thus make our team more complete. Bring him in and let's do this.
