Are they really? Every time I have extra tickets people turn their nose up at them because either the opponent isn't to their liking or they're too good to sit in the upper deck.

Feel free to park in the levee lot and walk your arse to the game like I do. It's cheaper and it's just fine exercise!

much shorter walk from the Ag lot or front 9 lot. Both are free and if you get there early enough, you have a great spot

The only problem is the cops shutting down the lots when they're only half full. The cops shut down the ag lot 4 hours before the game on saturday and it was only 2/3 full!

so we don't have half the schedule 2014 at home in September

have a feeling that shite is gone now that A&M and Bama are both at the end of the season. We will have bye's before those games as often as possible.

$571 a game huh? You're fired.

The most expensive ticket I've ever paid for at home was $60 bucks for Florida in 07'.

I'm pretty sure they had their annual 4H thing going on there.I've seen them shut down 3/4 of that lot for that thing which is beyond retarded. Usually though that bitch is full to the max. People park in the lanes

People keep saying that, but I bet you that Doctor and his soccer mom wife dont even know what down it is half the time.

They are there to hobnob with others, pretend they're important, stand in line for free club level food, and generally not pay attention to the game at all. We'll be lucky if they show up for the Florida type games most of the time.

You think those are the "fans" that are yelling, screaming and generally making Tiger Stadium a great environment? Not a chance.

With each passionate fan that gets priced out, the Stadium becomes a lesser experience on game day. Too many Richie Riche's who see LSU tickets as a symbol and status level and really aren't fans at all.

as long as they keep selling their tickets or literally give their tickets away to fans like me before kickoff, I have no probem with it. It's the douche bags that don't sell their tickets or even give them away if they don't have intentions on selling them and still don't go to the game I have an issue with.

Yeah, the home schedule next year is garbage. These last two seasons have been some of the worst home slates I can remember. I won't be able to get tickets next year and will probably miss my first home game since 2008 and will probably miss multiple home games for the first time since 2004.

I love my LSU football but I'll be damned if I spend that much money on some damn football tickets.

This looks like bama's schedule every year.

And will pay more than twice that to attend the next two alone.

This. The home slate is an absolute joke.

The road schedule is a lot better:
Neutral Site vs Wisconsin
@Auburn
@Florida
@A&M
@Arkansas

That's a great road slate.

the problem is they go to the people with the highest priority points (Usually with people already with season tickets). These are either businesses that give them to clients, or big donators that sell them on various sites. If you points are not at least 3000, up don't have a shot at them.

What will happen is the price goes up and regular people start dropping from the season ticket holder list.

Those who keep tickets will be the die-hards, those with disposable income, and businesses/corporations. People will still go (mostly), but the demographic of the attending fans will change.

Gone are the days of the rowdy blue collar guy. Here come the quiet socialites. And that's happening across the country.

UTexas has been this way for many years, regardless of the quality of the opponent
