From my personal view of the cotton bowl, Jefferson didn't really play that well. Now before your rantards lynch me due to the results of that game.
The touchdowns that he threw, if you watch them again, were really not all that spectacular. The first touchdown was a hail mary tossed to the end zone in which tollivers athletic ability to run under the pass helped.
The fade pass to tolliver was extremely underthrown.
His interception in the first quarter was the same as every other problem we see with JJ locking on to one receiver and completely missing the tight end wide open in the middle.
Always throws terrible passes to RS, and starts out running the option for negative yardage ..
Results turned in our favor, but i still dont buy that JJ has really proved his talent to start for us.
