I find it odd since they lost to us.

They get to tell more tall tales about winning the SEC west in 2003

They should be so co-proud.

I heard LSU has agreed to decline a penalty when Dart falls over on the first play of the game to honor Elias.

Also, this is where we get to point out they have unironically named part of their pre-game tradition the "walk of champions."

They have a fascination with honoring anything Manning when we come to town. Eli’s trip will forever haunt them.

It still amazes me that they claim 3 natty’s and have never finished #1 in a major poll.

Why wouldn't you want to remember when Elias went 16/36 threw a pic and got the game ending sack?

I find it pretty funny since they didn't win anything that year. If you on secsports.com then in 2003 it shows LSU as the sole SEC champion.

Will Eli get tripped by his own center again for old times sake?

They picked the exact weekend they should have picked.

That's correct. If you do it any other way, the champion wouldn't be there.

I amazes me that in the 20 years from 1950 to 1969, Mississippi had the best win% in the country, two undefeated seasons, and never got voted national champs.
