I-formation-scott at fb and KW at tailback. double tight ends to the right with lafell split wide. scott up the gut for 1 yard. MSU has 9, yes 9 in the box all within 4 yards of the line of scrimmage. the corner over lafell is 5 yds off the line looking in the backfield. NOW HOW IN THE F-ING WORLD ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BLOCK 9 WITH 7 .
this is no freaking exaggeration, the DVR is paused and I am looking at it as I type.

I dont know how true it is, but supposedly (according to whoever Ott's guest was) Jefferson is not allowed to audible.

Ott's guest was an idiot. Jefferson audibles regularly.

Thank you Gary Crowton and Les Miles for your great play calling.

icing on the cake. ciron ignores the RE to go to the second level and block the weak side backer. the RE is untouched and crushes scott as he fumbles. to make it ever better, ciron completely air wiffs the LB and falls down

First 15 plays were likely scripted. The 2nd and 3rd drives seemed good if my memory is correct

This is why I am not convinced that our true problem is the O-Line and RB's. I think Miles finally admitted it. Teams don't respect our passing attack (mostly QB) yet. Until they do...we will see 8-10 on the line. I counted 10 on the line during one running play against ULL. Didn't realize this until the DVR pointed it out. I think most teams have had 8 in the box most of the game against us. JJ has to pass the ball in running downs and first downs for us to be the running team we need to be. Gotta throw to set up the run instead of run to set up the throw.

I'm tired of Scott at FB. It weakens us at TB, so who cares?

If Stampley isn't our FB, I don't want one on the field. There are a ton of teams in college and the pros that don't have a FB on their roster, so who cares.

I'm moving over to this camp as well. The offense and playcalling are limited by a somewhat green QB. They're trying to minimize his decisions and make it easier for him. It's not like LSU gets QB's that have to choose between LSU and Harvard.

I can think of one play that sums up the confidence Miles has in the OL. I can't remember if it was the third or forth quarter, but we faced a third and inches and he runs a counter pitch to Williams that goes left with all motion to the right and Keiland is stuffed for a three yard loss on the play. If you can't count on your OL to get you six inches on third down, what can you do?
