Just debated the spread (-6). The two Stews basically said LSU is lucky to be undefeated and the spread is too low. Skip said LSU will win with defense and a weak Auburn secondary. Stews responded saying LSU couldn't pass against McNeese.

Actually LSU did try to pass against McNeese. In the postgame press conference, Les Miles said that that was one of the objectives going in and they failed at it. Just sayin...

Miles also admitted the gameplan was scaled back.
22 attempts to me isnt a gameplan of "we're gonna throw it today". only completing 14 against them isnt impressive.
McNeese had 33 attempts by comparison.

I'm a bigger McNeese fan on this board than just about anybody.....
LSU's gameplan was vanilla. PERIOD.
