Morning BR radio 104.5 they discussed how kicking could doom LSU's season, that you can hear the concern in Coach O's voice. However they hinted it could force LSU to go for it more and could make LSU more agreessive offensively.

You need to add a colon or dash after 104.5 to make the title more clear.

Culp looked like he had a good line on both kicks, just not the biggest leg and that showed on the 47 yard attempt. He hit on the 43 yard attempt right down the middle.

Not sure if it's as bad as it seems. If he can consistently hot from 40 and in, we'll be ok.

I just miss the days of Colt David when we didn't even blink when he would attempt a 53 yarder.

Yea his accuracy look very good to me. His leg is very week, but if you can make the majority <40 and a few >40 I think we can make that work.

Agreed. This kicking situation is a big deal and you are a fool if you think otherwise. We ain't Alabama and really can't afford the luxury of having a bad FG kicker right now.

He was dea don both times, but was short on the 47...I thought he was supposed to be long range FG kicker??? You would think a guy like that would have good leg strength.

Bring in Culp for <45 and Gonsulin for >45.

I thought this title to the Thread meant another team has a kicker who kick it 104.5 yards and that he is playing against LSU. I wouldn't want any kicker to doom our season. Wow, now I can rest easy.

Culp is supposed to have the stronger leg between him and gonsulin.

But then again, Gonsulin was supposed to be the more accurate kicker so who knows .

I'd say have Culp kick from <45 and let Gamble kick from >45. I know we don't know where Gamble's kick will go but he does a have a fricken boot.

Yeah because everyone knows you can improve your leg strength in one week and there's no way that it would make his leg tired and weaker.

OMG your going to take Cullotta and T-Bob advice on a kicker costing us the season. Let me ask you this:

Do you think LSU Program is within a field goal Compared to Alabama?

Do you think LSU game should come down to a field goal for Syracuse, Miss State, Ole Piss, Ark, BYU, Troy,

Hey CUllotta and T-Bob
When is the lastime that Bama needed a field goal to win an SEC Championship or national Championship! IDIOTS!!!!!!!!

While I get your point, FG kickers have definitely cost Bama at least one pretty memorable game.

And LSU is not Bama. If we get in a tight game with Auburn or end up in a shootout with Ole Piss (Patterson abd their 2WRs are pretty damn good) Kickers will come into play.

This is what I see too, no NCAA team will have their season decided kicking 50 yard FGs.

I am not too alarmed yet.
