Not buying at 10-2. While that is not a bad year, it's very average by LSU standards. I want it all.

Considering we went to the chicken fila bowl last year and won't be as good this year, yes!

frick no. The point of playing football is to win the SEC and the NC. Everything else is runner-up garbage.

I love that with a schedule against four top ten teams, that a BCS bowl just wouldn't be good enough. It's awesome that you expect a NC...it's just so easy to win the best conference in college football....

So you've already seen this season play out? Sweet. Honestly I'd be happy with a sugar bowl spot just not happy enough to forego the chance at more.

Hmmmmmm

We were a tackle away from never seeing the C-Bowl. We would have been a 1 loss SEC TEAM playing GA in ATL

shite I don't know if I'd be happy with 13-1 and a NC if the loss was to Bama.

Ok I'd be happy. But I really hate Bama.

"No way Bub! One loss max acceptable. And that loss only acceptable with natty. "

While I start every year hoping for a NC, you live in a fantasy world (or hopped on the wagon at some point after 2003) if you think a one loss/NC year is the minimum to be acceptable for LSU football.

Any BCS bowl game for LSU is acceptable. I'll never know where LSU fans got this crazy sense of entitlement. Strive for the best, but its a shame more fans can't just accept a high level of success.

frick NO...

We play 1 team this season where I think its a coin toss, and that's against Bama..And although they would never say it, Bama likely feels the same way..

We play like we are capable of, and nobody else can beat us. The bowl game loss actually helps this team I believe, because it removed any false senses of superiority. Being picked mid-teens in the pre-season polls, and no 1st or 2nd string offensive selections, should have this team playing with a purpose, to prove people wrong.

NC is our goal. Its achievable with 1 loss.
I, and any Tiger fan, should never willingly accept 2 losses. Not with this talent.

GO TIGERS!!!

I may would take that if the losses were to say Ga and Fl.

If we beat A and M, and Bama, then get to bitch about having to play the East's best/get dicked out of the NC, I may would take that. Maybe.

Like others have said though, I think this team has 13 or 14 win talent.

There's big difference between 10-2 and 11-1 scenarios.
I can't really get on board with 14-0 or 10-2/Sugar.

I think this is an 11-1 team. If the 1 is GA, we play for SEC. If it's Bama, we don't.
