A signed LOI is part of public record. Wouldn’t take much to find out. My guess is he hasn’t signed anywhere yet. Dont want him anyway after hearing this.

He probably told Dumervill he signed with LSU so he wouldn’t blow cover on his “hats on the table” moment where he gets all the attention.

Schools have something like 21 days to submit LOI's to the conference office.
Even then, I wouldn't think they're actually public record. I'm sure member institutions have access to them, or at least can verify their existence, but I doubt Joe blow off the street could access them.

Funny you say that, I was thinking Dumervil knows he's going to Ga., but shouts that just to mess with him...
