wr George Rushing on Wisconsin ' s team

Weren't going to nab him, but he was a possible late offer candidate that we cooled on.

He basically showed what I thought. Too slow and had trouble separating the entire night

I do remember hearing the name Rushing, but don't think LSU and He were ever serious with each other.

Out of curiosity I went an looked... Melvin did not have any receptions in first game, but is on roster. I don't know where to find participation info to see if he got on the field. He's one of the few that I honestly hope to one day say "it was a mistake not to go after him". I wouldn't say that if he was at another SEC team however.

Rushing was in the LSU mix during recruiting but I think it was more from HIS end, not LSU's. I think he got an offer but it probably had the conditions of a complicated mousetrap game. I don't remember too many LSU fans thinking he would end up in P&G...or even cared if he did to be honest.

I think he'll be a Jordan Matthews type of guy that everyone missed out on, but only if he has a decent QB.
