Apparently he was waiting for a MSU offer that never came.

He'll do great at Tech.

But, but, but, LSU should have offered.

He's the best OL to ever play the game. Ever.

How in the hell could Miles let La Tech steal one from him.

We should dump the 5A defensive POY, that we all seem to hate so much, in order to sign him.

Ahhh, the legend of Dillon Day continues. I once heard he killed a bear with another bear one time.

BTW, I thought he got an offer from MSU as well.

He was told that if he was going to recieve the offer from MSU he would have it by Friday night....It didnt happen. He took his "official" visit to LA Tech, loved it and committed.

Best olineman in the state the last couple of years. Grade issues kept him from being a high 4 star low 5*. DOMINATED Jordan Allen on a daily basis who btw is a Parade All-American.

If he continues to improve in the classroom as he has been doing this year. He will be PHENOMENAL at Tech.

He may be good but I have a hard time believing that he's better than Faulk last year or Collins any year. Not saying that he isn't 4* worthy but his ranking has nothing to do with grades.Lacey,Sentimore and Simon were/are all highly rated with grade issues. It's also not because of lack of scout's seeing him at West Monroe.Has to be something else holding back his rating.

Ummmm this is what I was told from lets see THREE out of the 5 starting offensive lineman frome WM this year. Bryan, Hendricks, and Stevens all three told me that Dillon was by far a better pure football player than Allen. Nothing against Allen b/c he was a hell of a player for WM but Day is one of a kind.

Grade issues + minor character issues = very low star rating.

Allen has far more potential.

Geez, I guess I trust the opinion of every college coach in America over that of three 18 year old kids who are sticking up for their linemate and are probably praying themselves to sleep every night that they get recruited like Allen.

It doesn't matter. Both are their teammates.

Well I saw three practices all year. And in those three practices I saw them go one-on-one twice.

1st Day handled him in drop-back pass protection.
2nd Day drove him 3yds on a reach block before Coach Arledge blew the whistle to stop the drill.

But you have your opinion and I have mine.

"and we're talking about practice. I mean listen, we're sitting here talking about practice, not a game, not a game, not a game, but we're talking about practice."

"I know it's important, I honestly do but we're talking about practice. We're talking about practice man. We're talking about practice. We're talking about practice. We're not talking about the game. We're talking about practice."
