Go believe that 90% of the young men that are being recruited their moms opinion doesn't matter. Fact, Landon Collins mom was probably the only one that didn't matter which is very rare.

Now I don't claim to know what has been going on with Gay but he has sure been quite since that all star game. I think he is all Miss State now and that is not due to his wishes but his mothers! If this is the case that that is a major bummer because I wanted to see this kid in purple and gold bad!!

Shea actually told last me last he thinks mom wins out on this one. Staff was supposed to be informed of his decision over the weekend. Let the chips fall where they may.

All the towns listed are south mississippi, with the exception of Vicksburg and Clinton, which are central. Brookhaven and Laurel are near Hattiesburg. Closer to LSU than state or ole piss. Gloster is 2 minutes inside Mississippi from Louisiana.

I didn't mean it how you took it. I meant that if Willie spurns MSU for LSU, his mom will get over her anger/disappointment about the decision in a few weeks time or less.
Bottom line: If Willie picks LSU over MSU, Momma will get over it and support him

I think the longer it goes and he hasn't outright committed to MSU, that's a very good sign for us.
