they don't have much contact at all while they are playing football
They have as much contact as the kid wants and the NCAA allows. JC can't stop phone calls and Malachi was at LSU practically every weekend as a senior.

Hope it's not Bama. IF it is, and he likes the other Louisiana ot there, that means I double down in my hate for Cam Sims and our idiocy for not offering him...just fricking stupid

I hope Sims is healthy one day in the future, but I hope it takes a long arse time.

What exactly did he do wrong? Go to the best program in the country and try to bring his best friends with him?

It's absolutely Bama. You're a dumbass if you think he comes to LSU.

Not sure why he would play for his home state's rival.

I never understand this.

If his whole family is Gump fans then he is gone.

Bama seems pretty confident they're his based on some stuff I read. Oh well.

There is an important distinction to make here, it's not that his whole family is Bama fans. They may be, but that doesn't really matter.

The situation is that someone in his family or very tight circle has a relationship with Burton Burns from one of his previous stops. Burns recruited that person to Tulane or Southern or wherever the hell he was.

So it's not some case where he's just completely enamored with Bama, it's an already established personal relationship.

And that's why it's going to be almost impossible to get him.

Thanks for that info, Project.

It sucks to keep missing on all of these OL, but it's not due to lack of effort by the coaching staff.

I have no clue about it, but fwiw, Jimmy Smith said this in his chat today:

Does LSU have a legitimate shot with Willie Allen?

James Smith, NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune 2 hours ago

@ByuBngl_7 I've always thought that it would be a very hard pull for LSU, and still do, but he made some comments recently about wanting to play for his childhood favorite team, the team he wanted to play for since he was 13, and that's LSU if I'm not mistaken. I thought that Alabama and Ole Miss etc. may be too much for the Tigers to hold off, but that comment has me second guessing myself a bit.

Well, Jimmy is the only one who seems to know who his favorite team was when he was 13, so...

Go where you want and stop trolling, nobody will follow you on Twitter. Do your due diligence and simply commit. Kids like this simply bore me.

I'll tweet all the recruits and tell them they are here purely for YOUR entertainment and stop fricking around with YOUR emotions...
