Y'all really don't understand how shite goes in ghettos do you? These guys don't travel across state lines very often, to say the least. They'll kill someone if they see them at the club or on the street. This isn't the fricking Mafia were they'll order a hit on someone from 10 states away. These are common thugs working a corner. If they saw Quille in the streets, then maybe.

this. I can't believe these guys can't be dealt with.
For Hill it's "team sweep" and home town law enforcement.
For Quille it's BRPD hates LSU and ain't lifting a finger to ensure the safety of a threatened youth.

This, and my understanding is that it's not just one or two guys, it's a gang. You can't arrest an entire gang because one guy shot his cousin, but any one of them could do him harm. People like that don't travel very far, but they do go out so no telling where they like to hang out between here and nola. Quille would basically have to stay locked up for a year for fear of being shot in a McDonald's parking lot.
