Who are the top national recruiting guys and opinion on percentages?

I don't know enough about national guys, but who are your top 5 recruiting analyst?
Also, who invented this percentage shite where recruits will end up? It makes no sense to me when someone says he's 70% whoever. please slap that person.

I met Chad Simmons a couple weeks and I asked him who people in the industry respected the most and he told me some Powers guy from scout, Barton Simmons from 247 and James Smith at NOLA and he also said he has a lot of respect for Tom Lemming.

Steve Wiltfong is fantastic on Midwest and East coast recruits. He got the scoop on Clifton Garrett and Peppers right away. I tend to hang around on 247 since I subscribe there. Perroni, Hamilton, and Simmons are decent national guys.

Even if there were percentages from recruiting guys...their percentages likely wouldn't be all that credible. Too early on anything. Guys can commit, decommit, and then commit somewhere else right now with plenty of time to spare....just too damn early.
