Well this year they traded places Speedy was All state and John Diarse was honorable mention.Speedy got snubbed out this year

I'm not saying he's not as good or better than JD or won't be better when all is said and done. I also agree he should be in the running. My thing is Diarse being not only on the All-State team but the fact he's the MVP. The reason I count Speedy out is b/c he didn't make All-State. That would be like Johnny FB not making All-SEC but then he pulls in AP player of the year. I just don't see it happening. Also, it could be someone from on of the other classifications. I guess we will know around Christmas. My only hope is if it isn't JD that LSU gets whomever it is.

Yeah ok GW III didnt make 1st team All State last year but he made National All American so that goes to show you anyone can win this award and if thats the case GW III was Def MVP. I guess we have to wait and see because you never know with the media they might give it o a Off lineman
