Actually. ...yes

Power running game to compliment my passing ability

Pro passing scheme

LSU just needs a competent QB

I actually agree. LSU hasn't recruited to their system.
A pro style QB with a little running ability over a dual treat QB that relies too much on the scramble.

Shea is more of a runner than Franks is. Coaches can't really get wrapped up in labeling QBs, they take the most talented guy they can get to sign on the dotted line and try to sort the rest out once they get to campus.

Our system is fine for a dual threat QB as long as it is a throw first, run second type of QB. Think of Aaron Rogers in our system. We just need a QB that can scramble and make plays with his legs when things break down.

My Son is big OM, I know where did I go wrong but girls took over his mind. But the Ole Miss thinking is Freeze can recruit anyone he wants. But what I see kids are seeing that the coaches there are not getting them ready for the NFL or able to big in the SEC. If he keeps losing to Miss. St. he will be gone.

In order for LSU to become an elite final 4 sec/natty contender, Patterson is an absolute must get. He is the single most "must get" high school prospect since Kevin Faulk.
His decision will make LSU either a contender or a pretender. He is that good and that important to the program. He is in the Andrew Luck/Peyton Manning hemisphere.
Legit Heisman potential, franchise QB. Lopez is a nice get, but he is not nearly as good as this kid.

As long as cam is at LSU, Shea will be at LSU. Coming from someone very close to the situation

As long as Franks is committed to us, I don't see Patterson coming here. I wouldn't blame him either. That's a big risk to go to the same school as another top QB prospect. Whoever loses the competition will be in a bad position career wise.

LOL! Patterson is not worried about Franks. Guys, believe me, Franks is not nearly as good as Shea. Franks will sign elsewhere if Patterson commits.

Patterson is the best qb of that class, period. Decision making and footwork are outstanding. Do want.

If Patterson wants to prepare to be a pro he'll go to LSU. I think he know that and that's why I'm not concerned.

The only thing that worries me about Ole Miss is the women.

Beautiful women up there no doubt, but sooner or later you've got to talk to them. That's where the letdown comes from.

Me, I'll take a good old country gal or a Cajun beauty anytime. Hopefully Shea has that figured out as well.

Arron Rodgers was described as a Pro Style QB in HS.
