Best recruiting Class ever in the history of college football. Can't say the record until we see AJ in this bowl game.

No clue, Jan. will be a recruiting season in itself. The JT duo is starting up their recruiting (Malachi and Young), Valentine, McDowell, Speaks, Carter, etc all expected to be visiting

Mike Detiller told Scott Long (Dandy Don) that he predicts a 9-3 season in 2014, which he called a good season. Based on his logic, I'd have to agree with him with the 9-3 prediction. But I don't think 9-3 is a good year for a program like LSU, where the coach is paid in excess of $5M. We should be competing for a national championship every year and 9-3 doesn't cut it. I hate to say it but Saban competes for a NC every year.

Miles does not get paid $5 million and he's probably gonna be the 4th highest paid coach in the SEC West after this season. There are a lot of schools that could make the claim that they should be competing for a national championship every year but there are only 2 possible teams that can get in each year. Has the federal government and the NCAA authorized the cloning of Nick Saban yet?

10-2, nice bowl game. Bubble team for playoffs in 2015.
Will end up #2 in recruiting this season.

Do u have any idea how hard this is to do year in and year out? Miles is in year 9 ! in the SEC West!
Following a legend and competing against him in the same division , where he has the added advantage of previously recruiting in your own state.

Urban Meyer quit from the weak east when Saban moved in and he had zero ties to Florida at that time. Miles raised his bar and competed. Meyer invented an illness and quit on his team and contract.

This Miles bashing is getting so freakin old. Look around who has a better track record than Miles in the last 9 yrs. Everyone that was written in here either quit to the NFL or washed out under alot less pressure than Miles has dealt with.

Maybe I should define my definition of competing for a NC. I think any SEC team with a record of 10 -2 or better is a team that is in competition for playing in the NC. Remember LSU was in the game with 2 losses. His salary is $4.3 M. I was off a little. I'm sure the administration 's expectation of him is to be in the running for the NC game. That's why he makes those big bucks. Ones salary is directionally proportionate to job pressure.

Im not sure what u are saying here. U said 9-3 is not good enough at least thats what I thought u said.

Im saying no one is going 10-2 every yr. Im saying its almost impossible for LSU to be in the NC hunt every year. Im saying the coach we have now is doing an outstanding job and these types of posts are delusional.
