Williams. Oliver would be nice. Lemay or Uzomah would be even nicer.

Worley is a huge UNC fan but Golson could push him to Tennessee. We aren't really on him hard.Williams/Bridgewater are the only 2 that we want and have a solid or better chance with.As Tiger in TN said we'll likely get the one that Miami doesn't.(Williams)If not then probably Oliver.

If Worley goes to Tennessee, Chapel Hill, etc., it looks like we definitely have to go get Oliver. That's not bad at all, though: seems like a good kid that'll work hard for his home town school.

What's wrong with the 6-8 other black QBs we offered...

Oh that's right...

I would very much like for Lemay to be a tiger. He just likes Georgia more.

Lemay

Lemay
Bridgewater
Williams
Miller
Frazier

That's just off the top of my head. All those guys are better than Oliver.

He mentions 4 shools. Says UT and UNC are on top and Bama and LSU are a step behind at this point.

For such a smart shite you continue to dig holes for your truly simple arse.

You are ape crazy (hope this description doesn't offend you) over some quarterback from North Carolina that could turn out to be the next Jonathan Crompton (the last great white hope from NC to try to rescue an SEC team).

Now you claim the white quarterback from Baton Rouge will work hard for his home town team. He'll probably go to church and sing in the choir too, huh?

By following this chain of thought we can all only assume you think the black kids will not work hard.

Go back to the fifties and please take your name and your flags with you.

Seriously, need to let that go. Truthfully, I can't understand why you'd be so upset with me when LSU chose it's mascot -- The Fightin' Tigers -- based on the Confederate soldiers that New Orleans sent to Lee's Army of Northern Virginia to kill, well, Chicagoans among others: the 1st Louisiana Special Battalion commanded by MG Chatham Roberdeau Wheat, CSA. That group of "Confederate Tigers" were composed of a zouave unit called the "Tiger Rifles" and another called the "Washington Artillery" whose insignia was a snarling tiger's head on a GOLD background. Rather similar to our helmets, wouldn't you say? The PURPLE, incidentally, stands for being battle-wounded (think Purple Heart medal). You didn't buy that "the-store-was-out-of-green-Mardi-Gras-ribbon" PR bull$#!+, did you? In fact, the entire campus is rife with Confederate memorabilia: Raphael Semmes Rd, P.G.T. Beauregard Hall, E. Kirby-Smith Hall, R. Taylor Hall, T.J. [Stonewall] Jackson Hall, even the bronzed cannons in front of the Military Science Bldg (?) are two of the actual ones used to fire on Ft. Sumter from the East Battery in Charleston to start the War. Are you sure "righteous indignation" is the correct response?

I would really like for Crowton and BG to put the full court press on Bridgewater.

Seriously?! We all know who LSU was named after. Are you suggesting we only take white athletes because of that? This is the second thread you've started this crap. Please go back to the rant or OT and leave the RB.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

he is the quarterback I am wishing for.

Even though he is in Miami at a U of Miami stronghold, he has been quoted as saying he wants to play in the SEC with the "Big Boys".

I hope he really wants this.

Are you sure you're not reading a little much into a two-line comment complimenting a local QB that very much wants to, and likely will, play for the Fightin' Tigers? Yikes.

And by the way, the name "chinese58" isn't referring to LSU's "Chinese Bandits" (a little racist?) defensive squad of the (all-white) 1958 (that was in the "Fifties") National Championship team, is it? Oops, now we're in a quandary! You know, that could be interpreted as a "double standard." I believe your insult was "truly simple arse," wasn't it?

If we recruit with Crowton's offense in mind, what QBs fit his system? those are the recruits we should target

Certainly. That makes perfect sense. I was just guessing that Crowton will not still be the OC in 5 years when Worley, or Williams, or Oliver, or Bridgewater, or whomever is our QB, is ready to begin his senior season. I'm hoping that we return to a pro-style offense; hence the planning ahead for a pro-style quarterback that will fit THAT system.

I can accept thinking for the future, however why would the current coaching staff recruit players for the coaching staff that potentially replaces them??
