what surprises in July?
I’m hoping this means that with our NIL getting into a better spot after the recent law, we'll see a lot of players who have been holding out over money commit to LSU.
With Arch out (who was never really expected) do we stand to land any 5 stars?

Did he specify a time period or anything? Maybe it was Kyle Parker?
Looking at LSU's other sports they're dumping into baseball and basketball so I can't imagine football will stay quiet much longer. LSU might have the best hitting team in the country next year and then the pitcher they just got may end up as a day 3 starter by the time they're done with pitching transfer which is

Shea said something similar this morning on OTB. Basically that they expect to get a few commits on DL specifically Edge.

tbh ive never seen these really ever play up to the hype they portray.
And in the end, if nothing really materializes, they can just default the hype to any event that may have happened.

Pahd-no, I believe the dude got some real good news - was jacked about it - and was letting off some enthusiasm for whatever triggered him.
I'll wager there's a shitload of enthusiasm from the entire Staff these days and he just loosened the spigot for a second.
The tweet is almost a week old without any crazy "storm" commits (though I'm real good with Parker at this point) which makes me think one person's projection that SW was forecasting an imminent positive explosion for the program was premature wishful thinking.
By the by, I enjoy reading your posts. Solid stuff whether we agree on something or not.

You can’t use SW(initials) for Sherman only Woodard has earned that distinction so far.
